Kalodata country data packages: what they mean and which to pick

When you open the Kalodata pricing page you will see a region or country selector. Many people assume it asks where they live. It does not. Each option is a data package: the TikTok Shop market whose data you want to pull.

Choosing the right package matters for your research and your price. This guide explains how the packages work, what each costs, and how to pick.

The best saving by package

In every package where CHAWTIN works, the biggest saving comes from yearly billing plus the code. Measured against paying monthly for 12 months, the total saving is 25% on both plans for the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the US, UK & EU bundle. Brazil Starter reaches 34.8% and Brazil Professional 25%. Mexico is highest at 36.8% on Starter and 38.4% on Professional.

On monthly plans, CHAWTIN takes 10% off in those same markets. For example, US Starter goes from $45.90 to $41.31.

A package is a data market, not your location

Think of each package as a window into one country's TikTok Shop. The United States package shows US products, shops, creators, videos and livestreams. The Germany package shows German TikTok Shop data, and so on.

Where you live does not matter. A seller based in Canada who sells to US buyers should choose the United States package. A seller in the UK who wants to expand into Mexico should choose the Mexico package. Pick the market you sell into or want to research.

How to pick the right package

Start with where your customers are, then think about growth.

  • If you sell on TikTok Shop US, choose the United States package.
  • If you sell in one European market, choose that country's package.
  • If you sell across the US, the UK and Europe, compare the bundle with buying single packages.
  • If you are exploring a new market, research that market's package, not your home one.
  • Never pick a cheaper package just for the price. Data from the wrong market will not help you.

When the US, UK & EU bundle makes sense

The bundle covers the United States, the United Kingdom and European markets in one plan. On Starter it is $69.91 a month, against $45.90 for the US package alone. If you actively research two or more of those markets, the bundle is usually simpler than juggling several subscriptions.

With yearly billing and CHAWTIN, bundle Starter costs $629.10 and bundle Professional $1,169.10. Both are 25% less than paying monthly for a year.

Markets where CHAWTIN isn't accepted

In our checkout tests, CHAWTIN was rejected for Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore and Japan. There is no coupon to apply in those markets. Yearly billing is still cheaper: Kalodata's own yearly discount there ranges from 25% to 48.9% compared with 12 monthly payments.

If you sell into Southeast Asia or Japan, choose that market's package and pick yearly billing if you plan to stay. Do not switch to the US package only to use the code, because you would be paying for data you do not need.

Single package or several?

If you sell in only one market, one package is all you need. Pay for that market, choose yearly billing if you plan to stay, and add CHAWTIN where it is accepted.

If you sell in two or more markets outside the bundle, such as the US and Mexico, you would need a package for each. Compare the yearly totals: US Starter with CHAWTIN is $413.10 and Mexico Starter with CHAWTIN is $173.70. Start with the market that brings most of your sales, then add the second when the extra data is clearly worth it.

Examples: which package would you choose?

A seller based in Australia who ships to US buyers through TikTok Shop US should pick the United States package. Their location does not change which data they need.

A UK brand that sells on TikTok Shop UK and is testing Germany and France could pick the US, UK & EU bundle, so all three markets sit in one plan.

An affiliate in Spain who promotes products to Mexican viewers on TikTok Shop Mexico should pick the Mexico package. It also happens to have the biggest CHAWTIN saving.

A seller in Singapore who sells only on TikTok Shop Singapore should pick the Singapore package and choose yearly billing for Kalodata's own discount, since CHAWTIN is not accepted there.

Why prices differ between packages

Kalodata sets a separate price for each market package. The data for each TikTok Shop country is different, and so is the pricing. Mexico and the Southeast Asian packages cost less per month than the US package, while the US, UK & EU bundle costs more because it covers several markets.

Yearly discounts also vary by package. That is why the total saving with CHAWTIN is 25% in most supported markets, but higher in Brazil and Mexico, where Kalodata's yearly price is lower relative to the monthly one.

Can you change package later?

Your needs can change as your shop grows. If you move into a new market, you can buy that market's package or move to the bundle. Check Kalodata's current terms for how upgrades and changes are handled on an active plan.
